Mark Vincent Hurd widely known as Mark Hurd is the Co-CEO of leading and world famous corporation Oracle. He joined this organization in 2010 after resigning from Hewett Packard due to the sexual harassment case which was filed by the former TV actress. Due to this many twists and turns came in life of Hurd but he struggled in all that difficult times and proved himself to be right. After resigning from HP, he was appointed as the president of Oracle and now he is known as Oracle CEO Mark Hurd.
As the chief executive officer, he knows his duties very well and performs all those functions which are important for the corporation. His decisions were always considered because he was one of those board of members who worked for the greater productivity of the company. The most important skill that took him to this position is that he never thought about his own benefits. He always worked for the customers and his decisions are truly customer oriented. This helps in attracting more and more customer towards their technology because of which Oracle is able to achieve its goals.

According to Mark, doing this will help them in achieving their confidence and if the decision will be taken after considering all the important persons than the end result will be more effective. His strategies helped the company in achieving more turnover on the investment that helped in increasing the goodwill and reputation of the company and it also proved to be beneficial for their employees. The best thing is that he focused on the short term goals rather than aiming at the long term goals.
